Welcome to WeDevThings.com ("WeDevThings," "we," "us," or "our"), a platform dedicated to generating exposure for indie Roblox games and talents, creating a sustainable ecosystem for developers, and encouraging hard work and effort. By accessing or using our website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS" or "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using WeDevThings.com, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to adhere to the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards, as our Service is fully dependent on Roblox APIs and operates in compliance with Roblox's policies. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and developers ("Users").

2. Description of Service

WeDevThings.com provides a platform for indie Roblox game developers to promote their games through a "bumping" system, allowing users to list and boost their game advertisements to gain exposure. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Game Listing: Users can log in via Roblox authentication, submit their game links, and publish them to our listing.
  • Bumping System: Users can "bump" their game listings to increase visibility on the platform.
  • Community Engagement: Tools and features to connect developers with the Roblox community.

WeDevThings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent if under 13, in compliance with Roblox's age requirements and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
  • Have a valid Roblox account to authenticate your login.
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance with Roblox Policies

All content submitted to WeDevThings.com, including game links, descriptions, and promotional materials, must comply with Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and other applicable policies. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content that violates Roblox's rules on profanity, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting game links or other content to the Service. Misleading or fraudulent submissions may result in removal of content or account suspension.

5. Bumping System

The bumping system allows users to promote their game listings to a higher position on our platform. To use the bumping system:

  • You must log in via the Roblox authentication system.
  • You must submit a valid Roblox game link that complies with Roblox's policies.
  • Bumping frequency and visibility may be subject to limitations or additional features, as determined by WeDevThings.

WeDevThings does not guarantee specific results from using the bumping system, including increased game traffic or player engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

By submitting content to WeDevThings.com (e.g., game links, descriptions, or images), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content. You grant WeDevThings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote your content on our platform solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6.2 WeDevThings Intellectual Property
